by ticking this box i agree to the terms & conditions TERMS & CONDITIONS 01. Bookings will be considered tentative until this form is complete and returned to reservations@tatlersydney.com 02. Cancellation must be made in writing to Tatler Sydney 30 days or more prior to the event. In the case that we receive written notice in the above time frame a full refund of your deposit will be made. 03. All credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge. 04. Arrival time to be confirmed at time of booking and final numbers to be confirmed one week prior to the event. 05. Food and beverage menus are subject to change based on availability from our suppliers. 06. A 10% service charge applies to all bookings of 10ppl and above. 07. Tatler is fully licenced until 4am. As it is your function you are responsible for your guests, please make sure all guests are aware of the following RSA laws to ensure a safe and successful event. No liquor is to be served to persons under the age of 18 years. No intoxicated person will be admitted to the bar or the venue. Intoxicated persons will be refused service of liquor. 08. Management reserve the right to allow or refuse patrons at any time. 09. In the unlikely event that your booking is cancelled by Tatler Sydney your deposit will be refunded in full. 10. If the agreed minimum spend is not reached the shortfall will be charged to your nominated credit card as detailed above. 11. All costs associated with repairs to damaged property caused by you or your guests will be charged to the organisers nominated card.
